Product features:

High chemical stability, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high thermal conductivity, and resistance temperature characteristics are opposite to those of metals.

With high hardness and Mohs hardness of 9.5, it is the first material wear-resistant additive.

Wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali solvent resistance.

It has good toughness, excellent grinding performance and excellent thermal conductivity.

Application field:

Modified high-strength nylon material: nano-silicon carbide powder has good compatibility and dispersion in polymer composites, and good basic binding. The tensile strength of modified high-strength nylon alloy is more than 150% higher than that of ordinary PA6, and the wear resistance is more than 3 times higher. It is mainly used for polymer parts of armored tracked vehicles, automobile steering parts, textile machinery, mining machinery lining plates, train parts, etc., which can be densified by sintering at low temperature.

Wear-resistance of modified special engineering plastic polyether ether ketone (PEEK): when the addition amount is about 5%, the wear resistance of PEEK can be greatly improved (more than 30% of the original).

Application of nano-silicon carbide in rubber tire: adding about 2% nano-silicon carbide without changing the original rubber formula for modification treatment, without reducing its original performance and quality, its wear resistance can be increased by 20-40%. In addition, nano-silicon carbide is applied to rubber products such as rubber roller, printer fixing film, etc.

Nano-silicon carbide composite coating on metal surface: the second mixed particle of nanometer particles is adopted, and nickel is the base metal. The electrodeposited composite coating with high density and good adhesion is formed on the metal surface. Its metal surface has the characteristics of superhard (wear resistance) and wear reduction (self-lubrication) and high temperature resistance. The microhardness of the composite coating is greatly improved, the wear resistance is increased by 2-3 times, the service life is increased by 3-5 times, the adhesion between the coating and the substrate is increased by 40%, the covering ability is strong, and the coating is uniform, smooth and detailed.
