Application field:

1. Manufacturing integrated circuit substrates, electronic devices, optical devices, radiators, and high-temperature crucibles to prepare metal-based and polymer-based composites, especially in high-temperature sealing adhesives and electronic packaging materials to improve the heat dissipation performance and strength characteristics of materials, which has good application prospects and can replace the currently imported micron aluminum nitride;

2. Thermal conductive silica gel and thermal conductive epoxy resin: Ultra-high thermal conductive silica gel is prepared from nano-aluminum nitride. It has good thermal conductivity, good super-electric insulation, wide electrical insulation and service temperature (working temperature 80-250 ℃), low consistency and good construction performance. The products have reached or exceeded the imported products, because they can replace the imported products of the same kind and are widely used as the heat transfer medium of electronic devices, improving the working efficiency. For example, the gap between CPU and radiator, high-power triode, thyristor element, diode, and heat transfer medium at the slit in contact with the substrate. Nano thermal conductive paste is used to fill the gap between IC or triode and heat sink, increase the contact area between them, and achieve better heat dissipation effect;

3. Nano lubricating oil and anti-wear agent: The modified nano aluminum nitride ceramic particles added in the nano ceramic oil act on the metal surface of the friction pair inside the engine with the lubricating oil, are activated under the action of high temperature and extreme pressure, and are firmly embedded in the dents and micropores on the metal surface, repair the damaged surface, and form a nano ceramic protective film. Because of the isolation effect of this film, the friction caused by the relative motion between the parts only acts on this protective film. Nanoceramic particles, like small balls, change part of the friction between the friction pairs from traditional sliding friction to rolling friction, thus greatly reducing the friction, reducing the friction between the moving parts to nearly zero, and playing an ultra-strong anti-wear protection role for the engine. By improving lubrication, the friction coefficient can be reduced by more than 80%, Improve the anti-wear capacity by more than 350% and reduce the wear by more than 80%, which can extend the service life of mechanical parts by more than three times, reduce downtime, reduce maintenance costs, extend the overhaul period by more than one time, save energy by 10% - 30%, increase the output power of equipment by 20% - 40%, and its addition amount is only 2% to 1%;

4. Application in high thermal conductivity plastics: The modified nano aluminum nitride powder can greatly improve the thermal conductivity of plastics. By adding 1% of the experimental product to the plastic, the thermal conductivity of the plastic can be increased from 0.3 to 3, and the thermal conductivity is increased by more than 10 times. At present, it is mainly used in PVC plastics, polyurethane plastics, PA plastics, functional plastics, etc;

5. Packaging and storage

This product is packed in barrels or vacuum bags with inert gas anti-static bags by default. The experimental quantity can be packed in inert gas cylinders.
